Horizontal background lines 1

Hi.

Most professional websites have the horizontal background lines in their webpages.

Does any1 know how to do these on Adobe Photoshop 6.0?

Hi,

Those are called scanlines, read blueark's faq here faq229-2880 for info on how to do that. Note - you don't have to make an action but if you want to do this to alot of things then you are best to make an action.
