I bought 2 cisco items recently from an individual. I have a Cisco PIX501 firewall and a 48 port switch.(can't remember the model number right now)t
I want to make sure that both items have the latest firmware on them so i can use them for self teaching on how to use Cisco stuff. I am trying to get a test bad together for CCNA training. But i odn't have a cisco account, service contract nor do i want to pay a bunch of money for 2 firmware files for outdated units.
I know what i'm asking is technically against cisco policy. But i'd like to know if i can have someone send me the firmware files for these two items. That's all i'm looking for here.
