Hopefully someone can help me with this one.

Current Setup:

SMS 2.0 (SP4) running on Windows 2000 Server (SP2)
Client - Windows XP

The Issue:
How I can instull SMS clients on winXP and still not ander local administrator account?!
My users have Power user permition on there workstation.
I don't want to give them local admin, The sms clients instull work only ander local admin permition.
any one?

Enable "Network Discovery" and "Remote Client Install"

Network discover will "poll" the network based on the schedule you've configured, populating the database with devices its discovered.

"Remote Client Install" will then install the client on the clients you've selected, eg WORKSTATION (this includeds XP clients) / SERVER / DOMAIN CONTROLLER

The "Remote Client Install" will install using a "domain admin" account and the Administrative shares C$ etc.
