We are moving from Exchange 5.5 to 2003 this weekend. I know... Merry friggin Christmas!
2 things I can't seem to find an easy answer to that I can do in 5.5 & want to do in 2003.
1) Archive messages - With 5.5 I could easily turn on & archive all Internet in & outbound messages in their raw (text) format. It appears this is now done with either Archive Sink or Journaling, but it appears I'm not able to save the messages on disk in text format as in 5.5. They are either .eml (Archive sink) or routed to a mailbox as an email (Journaling). Am I correct or am I missing something? Is there a way to handle it like 5.5?
2)Replay a message -- With 5.5 I could use those archived messages to replay (resend)a message. Just plop the archived message out of the archive folder & into the in or out queue & they would be resent. How do I accomplish this same task with 2003?
