This seems to be yet another post 7.0 upgrade issue. When attempting to transfer a call from an analog set via hookflash the call gets disconnected. If you reset the nt8d09 card the trouble clears for a while (maybe a day or two) but then returns. This is system wide and will happen on set to set transfers w/no trunks involved. Also, this is a 1000m platform and I can duplicate issue on TDM to TDM sets which leads me to believe I can rule out linux. We have just installed the latest DepList on the CS and still have the problem. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks

Have you looked at the LD 97 flash timer?

Try playing with that.

is this a CS1000M large system?

if so there are definitely some things you will need to check.

1. Are there any issues with any Network Cards as they relate to the release. If you are on Fiber your PRI cards are normally the culprit. You may have to change out any cards that are not supported on your release.

2. complete a full XPEC (Cont4) software download. You will need to reset the XPEC card for this to happen.

3. INI the system. This will clear out your signaling buffers

4. Do you have fiber?
LD 39
.test all

You want no errors. If you get errors (fails) it will point to the hardware causing the issues.

Hope this helps, it should be a starting point.

Signaling is an issue with the latest releases. You have to be real sure that the correct cards are in place. PRI cards are the big one because ECN states that NT5D12AC cards will work, but actually if you are on FIJI you have to have NT5D12AG RLS 3 cards at a minimum and this is catching a lot of users.
