Hookflash/Code Help

Greetings! I have a Panasonic KX-TD1232 Ver.4. I am having trouble getting the hookflash to put our Custo-Pak lines from Verizon on hold and redirect to remote locations. When I press the Flash key, I still have the caller and not dial tone to redirect. All help is appreciated.

Also, when using 7020 phones on a KX-TD1232, how do set Outgoing Line Preference?

You need to turn on EFA in program 990

How's that manual working for you? Try reading area 990 notes.

The term is Preferred Line Assignment Outgoing. It's the first line of Station Programming in the UM.
