hook up neighbor's desktop and laptop w/wap11

I have (2) v2.8 wap11's that I have had set up as AP and repeater until now. I have decided that I would like to also hook up the neighbor's desktop. I am hoping that someone can tell me if I can set up a bridge to my neighbor's home. I just don't know what setting to use. I am thinking I can use one v2.8 at my house, another v2.8 at the neighbor's house hooked to a netgear hub. I can hook the desktop up to the hub and hook up a v2.2 wap to the hub in AP mode for their laptop.

If someone can tell me if this will work and what settings to use, that would be great!
