One of my companys computers uses a homeplug turbo to access the internet, this was working fine & then one day stopped working, it has been replaced with a known good and still no joy, network connectivity is shown as 'no or limited connectivity'

All other computers in the office can access the internet/network fine although they do not use homeplugs.

My knowledge with homeplugs is very limited, any ideas?

Not the router---likely cable or NIC in the computer went south. Plug a different computer in its place. If it works, the NIC went south. If not, try a different cable.

We've alerady tried it on both a laptop & a computer with the same problem occurring & have replaced the homeplug with a brand new homeplug...

And the new router does not work, right? Is "homeplug" the router, or what are you calling this "homeplug"?
