The problem has occured after installing a IEAK 6.0 browser to our Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server. When a user now opens a browser, the homepage will not load. However, if you stop and refresh or stop and type in a URL, the browser works fine.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem with IE 6.0. I thought it was a problem with my ISP, but they say no. They told me to buy a new modem, which I have ordered a new one. I didn't think it had anything to do with the modem. Looks like an IE 6.0 problem. Sometimes the start page loads fine, but most of the time it does not. I had Start Page Guard installed and thought that was doing it, but I un-installed it and I still have the problem. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have a solution?? Installed a new modem--no joy!....I have better throughput, now, but my start page still will not load most of the time. Sometimes it will work several times in a row. Same exact symptoms that babcockc describes. Any thoughts!!!!! "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....." [morning]

No one wants to tackle this problem? "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....." [morning]

I guess not! What do you have to do around here to get a little "love"?

My start page has started loading every time for some reason. I think the local server must have done something. My ISP tech. support says not. Go figure. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....." [morning]

I shouldn't say anything bad about my ISP or Tech Support. They have been the best I've ever used. I'm very pleased so far. I'd recommend "Economy-ISP.com" to anyone. For a 56K
dial-up they have been super to me (and you can't beat the price.) "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....." [morning]
