Home Page Will Not Load Completely

hello everyone,

I have my.yahoo.com set as my home page. Whether I use IE 6 or Firefox, the page never goes to "Done/finished loading".

In IE the little globe is always turning and it says Download image from ad.doubleclick.net.

I did install the Google tools awhile back but the pop-up blocker is turned off.

What else could be causing this page to not fully load?
Other pages do finish loading.

Overloaded ad server ? The page probably contains advertisement image(s). Although the proper content loads fast & correctly from the Yahoo! server, the ad(s) are loading slowly, or even infinitely.

That is not a browser issue.

127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net
