Home page keeps changing!!

I'm trying to fix on my Sister's computer and what I'm trying to do is to set the default home page. But after I've set it under internet options for the home page, it keeps going back to the previous home page which is "about:blank" and on that website is a web directory for anything like gambling, travel and so on. Is this the indication that the computer is messed up and can it be fixed? Thanks in Advance!!

That's a spyware/malware problem. Check out Spybot, Adaware, SpywareKiller, and other free tools to fix the problem. There's a good forum availabe at forum1117 (Information Security Group Forum)
