Home Page- GP 9.0

We are planning to rollout GP 9.0 in a few weeeks. We noticed that when we log into GP with Outlook on the home page, it seems to load up slowly. I know we can customize the home page once you log in, but is there a way to not have Outlook load up on the inital login?
