Home Page Changes to Search Engine

I have a Windows XP machine, evertime I try to open Internet Explorer it changes to "About Search" Adware finds it as "Cool Web Search". Adware finds it and deletes it but the next time you try to go onto the internet the same thing happens. Any ideas???
