Home page appearing on Global Menu Bar

1.) I have set up three web sites using InterDev. On my first site the Home Page appears on the Global Menu Bar. On the other two sites, I can't get the home page onto the bar. The Site Maps for all three sites are similar. <br>

I have tried reinstalling InterDev and also removing and reinstalling the theme in use on the server<br>
<br>
2.) Are there any good sources for additional themes for use in InterDev Sites
