OK so Outlook 2003 used on Home computer linking to our Fios account. Windows XP
When I updated the contacts list the wrong information was then populated in the address book.
Additionally I know the NK2 file (which helps to populate the drop down list of previously used emails) is out os sync.
I have an NK2 editor to correct this file, which is OMG Say no more.
BUT
I updated the contacts locally and I attempt to update the Address book by pointing to the contacts folder or I try to point t to the csv file to upload and it never works,
How can I fix the address book population.
I suspect too many fields for the address book inthe csv file but where can I find the format required for the address book if required?
