Hi all, i would like to share a DSL connection between 2 PCs. The one that's got the modem is running Windows ME and the other is running Windows 98. There is one problem though, the computer with the modem is in the living room and the other is in another room, both are very close to phone jacks. I do not wish to run ugly cables so, is there a product that's easy to setup and utilises the phoneline?
And one more thing, what is the performance compared to cables? Thanks!

I would drop about $100-$150 for a IPAQ Cp-2w wireless
router and wireless NIC from Compaq. "Works for me"

How about Powerline Ethernet Bridge?

It's an easy solution according to my friend. It worked fine for him....pass it on at cost.

Not expensive at all and it works!
