Home Lab 2509 access server (ios trouble) 1

Guys, need some help CISCO beginer. I been trying to set up my 2509 (Access Server) and after a reboot I can't get pass this part of the ios version 10.3(16). I have look on the web and can't seem to find any hope. I'll include the last line I get once the router boots up. Any sugestions are welcome. I'll include an screenshot, thanks much!

Are you consoled in or telnetting?

What settings do you have (baud, flow control, stop bits,etc)?

Using Terra Term Pro Port=COM1 baud=9600 data:8 bit parity=none stop:1 flow control:none. I've have been using it on it. I can plug my console cable to any other router and same terminal settings do work. tks

I would try and boot into rommon and tftpdnld another image to the flash, or reseat the flash module. Something is broken in that thing...
