I'd like to create a home inventory for insurance purposes. I have taken digital photos of everything in my home. I would like to create a database in Access 2003. Is there a template out there somewhere that will help me get started? Thanks, everyone. Larry

There are some really good free tutorials for access on the internet - they're easy to understand and well illustrated. Good luck!

Unless you absolutely have to do this yourself, The Insurance Information Institute has a free, down-loadable program for just this purpose. It allows for the addition of digital pictures and even video.

If you just gotta do it yourself, found this Home Inventory Template from Microsoft, of all people! I haven't actually downloaded it (being an old fashioned kind of guy, Windows98 works fine for me, but you need 2000 or later to do the download) but the template is designed specifically for Access 2003!

Thanks, missinglinq, I sure appreciate it. Larry
