We use 5610 phones in our company. We have significant number of VPN phone users as well. When an extension is first assigned to a phone, it becomes that phone's 'Home Extension'. How can I safely get any phone to release that home extension without having to 'Clear' all its settings. I don't want to lose all the VPN settings installed on the phone.
I have tried mute+reset but that didn't seem to work.

Thanks.
