I have a Windows 2000 domain, running AD native. There are 18 servers and users experience this issue no matter where their homedrive is mapped to. I have about 30 users that log in RRAS daily. Every user has a home directory mapped in their Active Directory profile. If anyone, including these laptop users, log on locally (one of our company PCs) the drive is mapped. If they log on VIA dial up, the drive is not mapped.

FYI

They log into their laptops, then open a dial up connection, and they are logging into the domain.
