Hi - I'm a database guy trying to trouble-shoot a Crystal Report issue for a terminal server. I'm trying to find the users Home directory in Terminal Server. If I log into TS as user, they have restrictions on DOS so I can't go to DOS. I can log in as administrator to TS, but they don't have any AD stuff loaded on TS box. Am just trying to verify the user's home directory on TS without getting Network Support people involved. Is there a way to do this?

the home directory is specified in the user properties within Active Directory Users & Computers.

Also, with the restricted desktop, you might still be able to access the command prompt... try right-clicking on the Start button and running a search for cmd.exe.

Hello.

In TS you might be lucky if you have the "run" choise.
Write dsa.msc and you can access Active Directory and find the users home directory.
