Hi all,
Is there a simple and fast way to change all the greetings that we have to one general holidays greeting that tells the people we are closed for the holidays? Then change everything back to normal after the holidays.
We are using all the 4 tables.
MICS 4.1
NAM 4.0
Any input will be appreciated.

Not really, you can have one holdiay message, say message "5" and then put that in your tables, but this has always been a pain.

Unless someone knows of a way, I have never been able to find one.

John

Thanks for the reply John,
I was afraid that this was the only way, but if anyone else knows another way please tell us.

Formerly Nextira, formerly Williams Communications, formerly Wiltel, formerly Nortel networks, formerly Northern Telecom, formerly, Nynex meridian systems formerly Northern Telecom.

A new CallPilot would make that a thing of the past.
The 2.0 software has a Holiday Scheduler, so you can record all your greetings and the VM will do all the work. You just need to change the dates of the moving holidays yearly.
