holiday script

i have a holiday script and Doc with the dates and i have an "everyday" script (attached) that i use that has a week and tod schedule included.
How/where do i add the holiday schedule into that script and "variable"
how does the system know what the date is?

If someone could upload a script they are using that has the "holiday" inserted into a script flow that would be a big help.
I have tried to Merge" the two scripts but just cant seem to get it to work correctly.
