Holiday Greetings

What lines do the Holiday Greetings affect?

I'm just curious if the greeting will be played on all of the lines for the company or just the skillsets.

In the past, I think I've seen it work on the call center lines, but not our main number. Is there a way to have the holiday greeting cover the main line as well?

I believe it only affects anyt lines answered by auto attendant.
I had a call centre environment a few years back when they set the holiday schedule and because the lines were answered by skillsets it did not work, only calls answered by AA.

I am sure some of the other guys on here can verify this.

Correct, it effects the AA Greetings.

And if you have more then one company sharing the bcm, don't use "Holidays" because it overrides all your greeting tables or do a generic greeting like "Please note that we're closed for holiday..etc"(Not great..!).
