Create a calendar time profile for each type of holiday, create a AA for each type of holiday and use both in the Incomong Call Route.
Calendar time profiles must always be checked before weekday schedules.
IP Office check the timeprofile bottum up.
Incoming goes to the 200-Main group.
200 Night Service goes to another group that has the user forwarded to the short code that goes to the Night AA
200 Out of Service goes to still another group that has still another user forwarded to still another shortcode that goes to the Holiday AA, and either generically record "We are closed for the holiday", or have them change that one on a regular basis for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc
