Holiday greeting plays on the day before its programmed from 12am to t

I have a BCM50 1.0 that whenever they put in a holiday greeting table that has the 4th start time with the holiday greeting and CCR it ends up playing the night before as well as the actual scheduled day / time.

The system is patched up to the latest and it happenes every time they use a holiday greeting.

I double-checked their normal AA greeting table expecting the non bus greeting to be wrong causing the issue but its not. It is set to the night greeting, so the day before the holiday the night greeting should play throught to midnight and then continue the next day until the first holiday start time of 830 for example. But it doesnt.

I think I remember having this issue in the past but I cant remrmber the fix.
