.wav file labeled as HoldMusic.wav on the system SD card and is playing working great. Clear as mud as to how to get another .wav file to play instead. Can it be activated by the alternate sources input within TELEPHONY/TONES AND MUSIC/HOLD MUSIC/ALTERNATE SOURCES?

I have already installed the new .wav file with a completely different name in the same system file within the system SD card.

From what I have read, I understood that multiple files could reside and a person could pick and choose which file to play and when. This client may want to play the existing file again at another time. They are actually the same jingles that they have playing on the radio.

It's not possible for a user to decide what files are played from one day to the next without using the Manager app, you can't use a button or anything.
Alternate sources are applied to groups or ICR in programming, they aren't alternate system sources that can be toggled easily, you've misunderstood their purpose.
If that's their wish it would be much better to simply use an MP3 player/PC audio feed etc and plug it into the audio port :)

amriddle01...you are correct, I have misunderstood it...or maybe was hoping that it would work that way. The client will ultimately manage this themselves. All is good as long as its limitations are understood. I thank you so much for your help and quick response.
