HoldMusic - External inbound calls 3

Hi everyone

I am new in to the world of Avaya , but now I have a problem. When i put on hold an external call the external call doesn't hear the holdmusic , but if I call extension to extension and put on hold i can hear holdmusic.

I have an IPO 500V2 and im manager by IPO Manager 8.1 and in the tab
System>Telephony>Tones&Music I have
System Source: WAV File
Alternat Sources: Number 2, Name HoldMusic.wav, Source SYSTEM\PRIMARY\HoldMusic.wav

Sombody can help me.

the incoming calls probably have the alternate Source as MoH set but it is not working.
Check in the incoming call route if the Music on Hold source has been changed to the alternate and switch it back

Tks Westi, had HoldMusic.wav, i changed to System Source and now its working.(Solved)
