Holding a frame in a clip

How do you hold a frame in a clip? I would like the last frame in the clip I'm using to play for several seconds.

You can hold the last frame or what ever you wont by turn on the option Time remaping that is somewere it is Time strech and you set thet frame you like onli one key but that key must be hold and that is it.
