Hold Timer

I have a BCM50 and am looking for a hold timer setting. After a call is on hold for so long the call is transfered to the prime/control set. I am looking for a setting that will allow me to increase the amount of time before this happens.

there is not a "hold timer" that will do this....there is a "held reminder" that will alert the phone that put the call on hold via tones when a call has been on hold for a set period of time. There is a "DRT to prime" setting that will ring the prime set after a set number of rings if an incoming call is not answered.

Are either one of these what you're looking for?

Thanks for the reply. Held reminder is on and working. I was trying to figure out how to increase the amount of time a call can be on hold before it automatically transfers it to the prime set.
