Is there any way in IP Office to have some kind of beep when a call has been placed on hold for some time. I understand that the Hold Timeout feature recalls (it rings the person again) after the set timeout period.

Is there any way to not have it ring, but just beep to remind the person that they have someone on hold?

How is it going to beep if the handset is down though?
