I'm scratching my head if this can be done or not. Customer has Embedded voicemail - 500v2 8.1.69. They want to know if they could put calls on hold, but if they ring back after the timeout that they ring all the phones. I was thinking of a scenario where they could hit a button that would put the call into a huntgroup queuing, but then they wouldn't be able to retrieve the call before it rings back if they wanted to. I know how to do this with VMPro, but I'm pretty sure they are out of luck with embedded. Anyone else accomplished this?

not with embedded

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Create a HG without members, turn on queuing, take voicemail off, immediate overflow off, put overflow to another group in place that has all people in it that you want to ring, Overflow time is the time they will stay on hold before ringing again, turn announcements and start 1st announcement after 0 seconds then play MoH, turn second announcement off.

have a group button on the phone so that you are able to pick the call back up as it will flash as the call is in a queue and you can pick up the next call in line.
Use more than 1 group to emulate park zones that you cna pick up with a button called Park but is a group button.

Cheers
