Hold Time Threshold/Transfer

Technicians of the Telephony world,
I have a CICS system that I have taken over. Occasionally when a call is put on hold for a extended period the call is transferred to a greeting/(box?) or some place and plays a recorded message about the party being busy,blah, blah and then disconnects. I have to reinitialize this system but cannot find this feature or programming sequence. Can you tell me where I might find this? Does it have something to do with the hold reminder or DRT rings?

is it going to the greeting after the same duration in hold? is it held or parked?
were u able to recreate the problem?

The call is placed on hold, and no I haven't been able to create this. I have went to the vm to check the greetings/announcements and I cant find it there.
