hold time on smdr string

hi,

just want to confirm but I don't think hold time during a call is recorded in the smdr output for a call, both incoming and outgoing right?

 
Correct.

However, it IS possible to capture it in a call center scenario with the phone(s) configured in an ACD PATH using one of the call center reporting packages, such as CCM or TASKE, but that's a bit like killing a fly with a sledgehammer.
 
cool, I knew it was possible with ACD and suspected that it wasn't with the normal call scenario.
