getting grey, old and disgruntled when calling into Avaya to open a ticket with Nice

everytime I call, I am on hold over 20 minutes

what is the solution

nice have a web page and email address you should be able to email to, I'm in APAC so my addresses will be different to yours but ask next time you call

I've only experiened a long wait time only once and I was hold for about 30 minutes. Usually, someone answers almost immediately. I'm beggining to think, either they are starting to more call volume or are cutting back on those people that take the NICE calls.
