Hold Recall Timer for Analog stations

I have configured a type-2500 analog station with a DID#. I can receive calls at that station and use the hookflash & FAC to put the call on hold and then hang up. However when I do that, I get recall ringback immediately at that station. If I then go off-hook, the call is reconnected. If I hold a call from an IP station, the recall timer (configured for 120-secs) seems to work properly. So I put a bridged appearance of the analog station on my IP phone set. If I answer an incoming call to the analog DID # using the bridged appearance and put it on hold from my IP set, the recall timer works fine, but if I answer and put it on hold from the analog station I get immediate ringback. This is preventing me from accessing other features. How do I prevent the immediate recall ringing to the analog station?

Park the call
Retrieve the parked call

Brett; Appreciate the response, however I’m want to use the “hold” facility instead of park for a couple of reasons. The analog line will be answered by a "machine" and will be a button appearance on an IP set. If I have the machine park the call, there is no way to visually indicate via the line appearance that a call is parked there, Also, if the call is parked, that line is essentially available to receive another incoming call. The subsequent call can’t be parked if the parking spot is still in use by the previous call. If I use call hold, the bridged line appearance on the IP set indicated there’s a call on hold, and the line is essentially busy forcing another incoming call to hunt to the next available line in a group. I need to find a way to disable or delay the ringback to the station. OR, alternately if I can find a way to visually indicate via the bridged appearance that a call is parked, that might also work. Lastly, I don't understand why there's a difference in how ringback works to an analog station vs an IP station.
