Hold music

on a nortel median opt 11 c
The hold music is on TN 6 0
the musin has stoped working and i have diabled and enabled the TN.
Everything from the cdplayer to the block is fine.

How would i go about outing the whole thing and starting over

Well you would have to out the trunk first and then out the route but there seem like there would be better way to fix it than that send some more info on the problem.

Make sure you can hear the music well on the TN 6-0 . In LD 21 Prt the RDB for the trunks you are providing this music for. Make sure the music route is associated with the (DID COT TIE) route. MUS YES MRT= music rt number. The music is only played to incoming callers on that trunk route unless you have music for stations turned on. LD 21 PRT FTR....MUS yes MUSR= x ( MUSIC RT number). THis provides internal moh (set to set)
