Depends on version, your best bet is to sort forms alphabetically and look for Music.
If you decide to upload a new file it will need 8000hz mono ulaw format.
System Audio Files Update is the programming form where you can select the audio file to use and upload a new file. As mentioned elsewhere, a new file needs to be 8khz mono ulaw with a .wav extension. If you have the file you want to use in another format you can use Audacity to change it.
Moh can be an internal file or an attached external device like a CD player. You would have to determine which you have and if external its easy enough to change or shut off. To turn off follow SXWizard suggestion. To replace you need to upload the new file. Enterprise Manager has an audio file tool. MCD 6 has a tab for managing MOH. I don't have a MCD 4 system handy to look where the audio file upload is but it is I think part of the GUI ( might be under maintenance. )
