We have a S8700 .

I have 2 Music sources for the same Tenant , Source 1a is for Music on hold and Source 1b is for queue music .

Both Music sources are connect to Analog Cards in two seperate S8700 in two different cities .

How in a vector do I Tell the switch to play 1a for Music on hold and 1b for queue music ?

Thanks

I have G3si, CM2.

I have one music source that I split. One of the split sources has informational overlays that I play to queued callers, the other is my generic MOH. The split occurs before the two sources are connected to my AUXTRUNK card. The "clean" music is defined to be my system MOH, the "dirty" music is defined as an ANNOUNCEMENT xxxx, type AUX-TRK-M. In my vectors, if I want the caller to listen to the overlaid information, I have them WAIT listening to ANOUNCEMENT xxxx.
