Hold music volume

I was wondering how I can control the hold music. I have in hooked up to the partner system via RCA cable but it is very low when on hold. Is there a way to increase the volume. thanks in advance.

You can either turn up the volume on your music source, or your can adjust the volume via software:
Feature 00 > hit the Left Intercom Button twice > dial #614 > make selection of 1 thru 7. 1 being the softest and 7 being the loudest. Remember to test the volume with an actual call, not !!! with the background music feature!!!
