Hold Music on first tranfer

On a 3300

When I transfer to a hunt group I dont get hold music till the 1st Alternative, then it kicks in.

Is that right or should I be able to get it stright away.

This happens either from a handset transfer or from the auto attendand transfer.

Typically I would expect ringing until answer.

There is a COS option to enable MOH on transfer.

I would assume that the COS option is enabled and is kicking in when the 1st alt activates.

COS option needs to be enabled in the trunk or transfering device.
