Hold Music not uploading

Good Afternoon

We have a problem with an Ip Office 500 v1 [8.0 (51)] and the hold music is not working. Cheked all tftp settings which are pointing to the manager pc but hold music is not being uploaded to the machinewit the following message in the tftp log:

29 October 2013 12:11:55 : Received BootP request for 001999fde15f, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
29 October 2013 12:15:27 : Received BootP request for 001999eabb3e, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process


Any help please?

did you enable TFTP and boot p in the manager preferences? you can also go into embedded file management and upload it to the primary folder there.

I don't mess with the tftp, go to embedded file management and upload the MOH file.

Embedded file for MOH has always worked for Me, if Your on 500v2 make sure its in primary folder.

The request is coming from 0.0.0.0 that's not a valid address

yes bootp and tftp are enabled. I usually us the embedded file management the system does not have embedded file management as its a v1. Phone firmwares uploaded correctly this way but now we're having the problem with the hold music.

Duh, just noticed they were BootP requests that's why they have no address. Those entries have nothing to do with hold music though, so you have missed the request or it didn't reach the Manager programme
