Hold Music for IPOCC/Hold Music Help

We are looking into different hold music for the IPOCC. We know it has certain requirements lengths etc. So We are hoping to know where you might get your music? or how you might create it?

Also, how do you change the music in the IPOCC?

The default music is just a WAV file so you can change it to whatever you want.
I just do ringback and queue messages on my installs.
