Hold mouse over, and it just flashes at me

I am using Remedy 4.5. In this version of the application, when you hold your mouse over a field such as "Long Description", the long description is supposed to pop up and show you what is there.

What is happening with me, is continual flashes of the long description, and the message does not stay on the screen. It keeps on flashing at me. :-(
