Hold issue on 7.0

Have set the hold reminder for 3 minutes.
I am assuming that this reminds the user every 3 minutes?
Is there a way to start the reminder at 3 minutes and then go off every 20-30 seconds?

The phone will continue to blink regardless of the timer. You can change the hold time to a lower number by going into #127 (I am assuming that you know how to get into system programming?)
1=10 sec
2=20 sec
3=30 sec
4=45 sec
5=60 sec
6=90 sec
7=120 sec
8=150 sec
9=180 sec

You could try PARKING the call, instead of holding it. It should ring back after 2 minutes.

Transfer to your OWN extension number to park.
