Hogwash question

I have currently set up Hogwash on RedHat 9.0. I am finding that the drop command is not dropping packets. It is recognizing that it should drop but for some reason packets are not dropped. Any ideas?

I've not worked with Hogwash myself, but have heard you really need to use the latest cvs version to get it working as other downloads are too dependent upon a different distribution.
