After rebooting the HMS400, we receive error ''Invalide Keycode'' when we try to start it
We don't have Keycode now to reinjected, I asked avaya to provide the same, by the meantime do you have any suggestion of this issue ?
I don't know this product but would imagine that verifying the keycode against some sort of security device would be part of the boot up process, if its dropped the license & rebooted I cant think of anything/ anyone other than Avaya being able to help unless you have a full system backup including the license file.
