I need some clarification on the HMS400 R2.0 product. The SIP integration – I know dedicated Signaling server is required. Can SIP co-reside with TPS? Or can it not share the Signaling server used for NRS?

The AWU Operator Console operation feature. EC indicates that it is an optional feature. Is this option required if the system has M2250 Attendant consoles that want to set up AWU or is this related to Console Terminals such that maybe connected to the PMS system and need some special interface?
