HMS400 Caller ID

I have a HMS400 Rlse 4.0 connected to CS1000M Rlse 5.0
When i check mi messages sometimes i can listen the number of origin (only that starts with 55) and if starts with 8 do not appear.

I have implemented the room status and works fine.

I need that all incoming calls in voice mail I Can listen the Caller ID, someone can Help Me?
