hms400 1.0 web ui?

We have an old HMS400 on rls 1.0. We are trying to list out all the guest and admin mailboxes but we are unable to open the WEB UI to list out the guest mailboxes. I am typing in I have tried several different URL's besides that one, nothing opens up. Another note, this HMS server can not reach every website. I can only get out to a few like MSN.com and CNN.com, most links within these pages do not open either. Is there a network issue blocking me from getting to the WEBUI? What am I missing? Thank you.
